As the 2022 season draws to a close in the coming weeks, we now turn our attention to our State Tournaments.  All of the necessary forms can be found in the Download Section of this website. The dates and locations are listed in the Tournament Section along with the requirements and instructions for hosting a tournament. 

Please start collecting the items needed for your Credentials Packets now to avoid any problems or unnecessary delays in processing the tournament rosters. Brackets will be drawn in the coming weeks and posted in the Tournament Section once the matchups are determined.

We are always looking to improve the program and make it even better. One of the ways that we do that is to listen to our leagues. This institution belongs to its leagues and we rely on input from all of our franchised partners to help maintain a great organization and remain relevant. We have already made a few changes to the new rule book and we always welcome ideas from the coaches and parents of our league. The Suggested Rule/Policy Change Form is available in the Download Section of this website. We encourage anyone who has thoughts on ways to improve our program to contact your local league President and submit those ideas for consideration. All suggestions are reviewed by our Executive Board and will be presented at the Annual State Meeting to be voted on by the currently franchised leagues. 

We would love to add new communities to our Southern Softball family. If you know of an area that is interested in developing a new rec program or one that might be looking to make a change, please direct them to this website and someone will reach out to them with more information on how to franchise with Southern Softball.
